How You Will Make An Impact
- Support a high-priority data loss prevention and data security initiative designed to protect sensitive enterprise information.
- Facilitate policy development and rule tuning across DLP technologies based on analyst feedback and operational findings.
- Partner with DLP analysts to refine policies and improve rule effectiveness across existing controls.
- Create and deliver data loss metrics and reporting that help the team track trends, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Draft playbooks, job aids, and process documentation to strengthen team consistency and operational readiness.
- Contribute to a fast-moving, results-driven security function that supports enterprise information protection goals.
Are you a proven data security and DLP operations professional?
- 10+ years of professional experience, with strong hands-on exposure to enterprise security, data protection, or DLP-focused environments.
- Strong knowledge of Proofpoint DLP products is required, including tools such as ZenGuide, Adaptive DLP (Tessian), and TRAP/TAP.
- Experience developing, tuning, or optimizing DLP rules and policies in collaboration with operational analysts.
- Ability to build reporting and metrics that translate data security activity into clear operational insight.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, playbooks, and job aids.
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, MIP labeling, Island.io, and ServiceNow incident response workflows is preferred.
