How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the technical development and documentation of architectural projects with moderate complexity or key portions of larger projects
- Apply architectural best practices across a range of project types while maintaining high technical rigor
- Produce coordinated construction documents using Revit, including consultant coordination and specifications
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction administration
- Conduct site visits, field investigations, and existing-conditions assessments
- Support construction administration activities, including RFIs and shop drawing reviews
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regional offices
- Engage with clients, contractors, and consultants to support successful project delivery
- Contribute to efforts that strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s presence in the Charlotte market
Are you an experienced architect ready to make an impact?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience
- Architectural licensure strongly preferred; unlicensed candidates must be actively pursuing licensure
- Proficiency in Revit with strong skills in detailing, documentation, and consultant coordination
- Solid understanding of construction documentation and technical design standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time independently and meet project schedules
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for project needs
- Must be based in the Charlotte, NC area and able to work in-office Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays
