How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead the technical development and documentation of architectural projects with moderate complexity or key portions of larger projects
• Apply architectural best practices across a range of project types while maintaining high technical rigor
• Produce coordinated construction documents using Revit, including consultant coordination and specifications
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction administration
• Conduct site visits, field investigations, and existing-conditions assessments
• Support construction administration activities, including RFIs and shop drawing reviews
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regional offices
• Engage with clients, contractors, and consultants to support successful project delivery
• Contribute to efforts that strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s presence in the Charlotte market

Are you an experienced architect ready to make an impact?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience
• Architectural licensure strongly preferred; unlicensed candidates must be actively pursuing licensure
• Proficiency in Revit with strong skills in detailing, documentation, and consultant coordination
• Solid understanding of construction documentation and technical design standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time independently and meet project schedules
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for project needs
• Must be based in the Charlotte, NC area and able to work in-office Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays
