This team is deeply engaged in supporting sponsored repo initiatives, netting efficiencies, and system optimization within Broadridge Impact and related platforms.

How You Will Make An Impact:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing, validation, and settlement of fixed income transactions.
- Support FICC netting products, including sponsored repo transactions and related post-trade workflows.
- Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlements to proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile activity across custodians, brokers, clearing agents, and counterparties.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks and failed settlements in coordination with front and middle office teams.
- Maintain complete transaction records and contribute to audit and compliance reporting.
- Support system enhancements and operational process improvements within Broadridge Impact and related platforms.
Are you an experienced trade operations professional ready to support complex fixed income and FICC netting products?
- 5–7+ years of experience in trade operations, settlements, or middle office functions within capital markets.
- Hands-on experience with fixed income trade processing and post-trade lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with FICC netting products, including sponsored repo structures.
- Experience working with Broadridge Impact or similar trade processing systems.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events across fixed income instruments.
- Knowledge of industry utilities and systems such as DTCC, SWIFT, Bloomberg, or related platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for reconciliation, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively across front office, middle office, and external counterparties.
