How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage core accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee day-to-day AP/AR and ensure accuracy in high-volume transactional workflows.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and deliver clear financial analysis to leadership.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, budgets, and cash flow reporting.
- Support audit activity, sales tax filings, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in payroll-related accounting functions and coordination (ADP).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to strengthen financial visibility across the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to AP and AR team members.
Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to make an impact?
- 6+ years of accounting experience within construction or service-based environments.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in full-cycle accounting, including GL, AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and practical application within a high-volume accounting setting.
- Experience supporting or supervising small accounting teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Experience with ADP, ServiceTitan, or similar systems is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic on-site environment.
