How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead the design and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through delivery
- Drive process design, hydraulic analysis, and development of engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs)
- Partner with clients to understand challenges and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
- Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development and technical excellence
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions
- Support construction, commissioning, and optimization of treatment systems
Are you an experienced water/wastewater process engineering leader ready to make an impact?
- 8+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering, preferably in consulting or design environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited); Master’s preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; BCEE preferred
- Strong expertise in treatment process design (activated sludge, BNR, MBR, filtration, disinfection, biosolids, RO)
- Experience with process modeling and design tools (e.g., BioWin, GPS-X, WaterCAD, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage schedules/budgets, and guide technical teams
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for water and wastewater systems
- Self-driven with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
