How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction and start-up
• Serve as project manager and/or technical lead on municipal treatment plant projects
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Develop engineering deliverables including calculations, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with internal leadership on staffing and project workload planning
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and client engagement

Are you an experienced water/wastewater engineering leader ready to make an impact?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in municipal or industrial water/wastewater systems
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee (multi-state licensure preferred)
• Strong technical expertise in water or wastewater treatment plant design
• Proven experience managing projects and leading engineering teams
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with client-facing experience
• Active participation in industry or professional organizations preferred
• Master’s degree and/or experience with alternative delivery methods is a plus
