How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of roadway engineering projects from concept through construction
- Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Ensure compliance with state and federal roadway design standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform QA/QC reviews and maintain high-quality engineering outputs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subconsultants
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical growth
- Support business development efforts including proposals, scope development, and client engagement
Are you an experienced roadway engineering leader ready to make an impact?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia required
- 6–10+ years of roadway engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of GDOT standards, roadway design criteria, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with roadway design tools such as MicroStation (OpenRoads preferred; AutoCAD acceptable)
- Familiarity with AASHTO “Green Book,” MUTCD, and FHWA guidelines
- Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
