How You Will Make an Impact
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components across a wide variety of production equipment, including mixers, burners, HVAC-related units, compressors, water systems, and facility lighting.
- Diagnose and restore functionality to solid-state devices, circuit boards, transducers, logic boards, amplifiers, and precision timing or inspection systems.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime and system reliability.
- Detect inefficiencies or developing electrical issues and partner with leadership to address root causes.
- Program and modify PLC-based control systems to ensure proper machine operation and process accuracy.
- Contribute to the design, testing, installation, or refinement of new equipment and electrical procedures.
- Maintain strong working relationships across teams, supporting a collaborative and productive environment.
- Uphold safe work practices and help reinforce adherence to electrical and plant-wide safety standards.
- Work overtime as needed to support plant operations.
Are You an Experienced Industrial Electrician Ready to Make an Impact?
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing electrical role.
- Associate degree in electronics, industrial technology, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms; familiarity with HMI systems and industrial networking.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical-mechanical devices, solid-state circuitry, AC/DC and high-voltage motors, interface units, inspection systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Capability to use diagnostic tools such as bulpmeters, test equipment, and computerized troubleshooting devices.
- Understanding of NEC standards and safe work practices, including confined-space requirements and hazardous material protocols.
- Skilled problem-solver with the ability to interpret complex documentation and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical groups.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot using logical, systematic reasoning.
