This is a hybrid opportunity based in Charlotte, NC, supporting a long-term middleware development initiative. The role offers exposure to business-critical banking technology, integration-heavy application development, and enterprise build work tied to 2026 delivery milestones.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Develop middleware processes supporting FX straight-through processing and SWIFT standards initiatives.
- Build, enhance, and support integration workflows that enable reliable data movement across banking applications.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, and business-facing teams to translate project needs into scalable middleware solutions.
- Contribute to development work for major June and November 2026 build cycles.
- Support testing, debugging, deployment readiness, and production-quality delivery for critical financial systems.
- Help improve stability, automation, and efficiency across middleware and application integration processes.
Are you an experienced middleware developer ready to make an impact in financial technology?
- 10+ years of application development or middleware development experience preferred.
- Strong background developing enterprise middleware processes, integrations, APIs, message flows, or service-based application components.
- Experience supporting financial services, banking, payments, FX, capital markets, SWIFT, or transaction-processing platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability to work across application development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with distributed technical teams.
- Experience with secure, regulated, or high-availability enterprise systems is a strong plus.
