How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the Salesforce CRM product and technology function with a strong hands-on approach
  • Drive platform direction across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and solve complex platform challenges
  • Guide teams through day-to-day decision-making, delivery priorities, and platform improvements
  • Help navigate and optimize a mature Salesforce footprint that includes legacy considerations from acquisitions
  • Influence roadmap planning for future-state AI and intelligent platform capabilities
  • Support scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals and engineering best practices
  • Serve as a trusted leader who can balance strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration

Do you have the expertise to lead in Salesforce CRM product strategy and platform delivery?

  • Strong experience leading within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Track record of owning platform direction, product decisions, and cross-functional execution
  • Ability to operate as a collaborative team lead who can stay close to technical and business decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain problem-solving approach and rationale in detail
  • Experience working in mature enterprise environments with some legacy complexity
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams without a dictatorial leadership style
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
