Be Part Of A High-Performing Team

Join a global organization focused on developing technologies and solutions that support transportation, power, and industrial markets worldwide. This opportunity sits within a talent and capability development function supporting technical professionals across multiple regions. The team is building scalable learning programs that strengthen engineering capability, including a global Systems Engineering Certificate Program delivered through multiple cohorts, instructors, business groups, and geographies.

The environment requires someone who can bring structure to complex programs, coordinate many moving pieces, and keep participants, instructors, Finance, HR, vendors, and business stakeholders aligned.

What's In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only, no C2C/1099
  • Hybrid: Primarily remote with occasional onsite work required in Columbus, Indiana.
  • Support a highly visible global technical development program serving employees across regions and time zones.
  • Own meaningful operational responsibilities rather than functioning only as a meeting coordinator or administrative project resource.
  • Work with technical leaders, instructors, Finance, HR, Procurement, vendors, and regional partners.
  • Help create repeatable processes and operating models that can scale to additional enterprise learning programs.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Own the day-to-day operational execution of global technical learning programs, translating program strategy into detailed plans, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple cohorts and program workstreams across regions while monitoring schedules, risks, issues, decisions, and open actions.
  • Manage end-to-end cohort readiness, including facilities, technology, materials, travel coordination, participant communications, instructor preparation, and post-program closeout.
  • Oversee participant lifecycle activities from application and onboarding through attendance, assessments, completion requirements, and certification.
  • Coordinate instructor assignments, preparation activities, development pipelines, resources, and future program needs.
  • Manage program financial operations including budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, vendor payments, and internal cost recovery.
  • Maintain program information and reporting through tools such as Excel, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, and Microsoft Loop.
  • Create dashboards and leadership reporting covering program delivery, participation, completion, financial performance, risks, and other key measures.
  • Lead retrospectives and continuously improve templates, controls, workflows, processes, and operating procedures.
  • Proactively identify issues before they affect delivery and drive stakeholders toward resolution and accountability.

Do you bring proven success managing complex programs and operational delivery?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of project management, program management, operations, learning program delivery, or closely related experience.
  • Demonstrated success independently managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Strong project planning, action tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
  • Experience managing projects or programs across different teams, locations, regions, or time zones.
  • Practical financial operations experience involving budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, expenses, or cost tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with technical professionals, employees, leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to work independently, anticipate upcoming needs, solve problems, and determine when issues require escalation.
  • Experience developing standardized workflows, templates, processes, procedures, or project controls.
  • Global or cross-cultural program coordination experience is strongly valued.
  • Experience supporting learning, talent development, technical capability, instructor-led, or cohort-based programs is preferred.
