What’s In Store For You
- Lead day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.
- Own the intake and deployment process for configuration requests.
- Ensure data quality through audits, deduplication, and hygiene practices.
- Manage sandbox environments and coordinate change deployments.
- Support and train users, driving adoption and system confidence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement enhancements.
- Assist developers with declarative builds and light coding.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce seasonal releases and communicate updates.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system changes and processes.

Are You a Proven Salesforce Administrator Ready to Make an Impact?
Bring your expertise to a role where you’ll shape the future of Salesforce adoption and effectiveness. We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Strong declarative build skills (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and best practices.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules.
- Familiarity with Change Sets, Data Loader, and release management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or other certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, or CI/CD tools.
- Prior work in an Agile environment.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud deployments.
