What’s In Store For You

  • Lead day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.
  • Own the intake and deployment process for configuration requests.
  • Ensure data quality through audits, deduplication, and hygiene practices.
  • Manage sandbox environments and coordinate change deployments.
  • Support and train users, driving adoption and system confidence.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement enhancements.
  • Assist developers with declarative builds and light coding.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce seasonal releases and communicate updates.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system changes and processes.

Are You a Proven Salesforce Administrator Ready to Make an Impact?

Bring your expertise to a role where you’ll shape the future of Salesforce adoption and effectiveness. We’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Strong declarative build skills (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and best practices.
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Familiarity with Change Sets, Data Loader, and release management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or other certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, or CI/CD tools.
  • Prior work in an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to Experience Cloud deployments.
