Be Part of a Dynamic Team
Join a collaborative, high‑performance environment where you’ll serve as the central steward of Salesforce operational excellence. You'll partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Support—to streamline workflows, elevate user experience, and drive strategic CRM initiatives.
What’s In Store For You
- Lead day‑to‑day management of Salesforce administration—covering user lifecycles, permission sets, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.
- Own the configuration intake process—from requirement gathering through staging and deployment—acting as the gatekeeper for all admin changes.
- Ensure data integrity via routine audits, deduplication, and hygiene best practices.
- Maintain sandbox environments and support change deployments (excluding major dev work).
- Support & Train internal users to drive adoption, share best practices, and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement CRM enhancements and refine platform efficiency.
- Assist developers with declarative and lightweight development tasks (flows, formula fields, minor Apex or integrations).
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements, validating behavior before deployment.
- Track Salesforce seasonal releases (Spring, Summer, Winter), summarizing and recommending relevant enhancements for your organization.
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes for ongoing reference and knowledge continuity.
How You Will Make An Impact
- You’ll be the platform’s trusted guardian, preventing misconfigurations, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring top‑tier quality.
- By staying ahead of seasonal releases, you'll drive forward‑thinking recommendations and ensure your team is never behind.
- Acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, you’ll reduce dependency on developers, boost deployment velocity, and streamline solution delivery.
Are You a Salesforce Administrator Rock Star?
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 3+ years of dedicated Salesforce Admin experience, with hands‑on declarative development (Flows, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); additional certs like Platform App Builder or similar (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform—including security model, sharing rules, permissions, and best practices.
- Experience with tools like Change Sets, Data Loader, and sandbox release management processes.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills—especially in translating technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in an Agile environment, have exposure to Salesforce DX, Git/CI‑CD tools, or experience partnering with RevOps, Sales, and Support teams.
