This is a contract opportunity designed to support increased reporting demand and ensure continuity during a planned leave period. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise Workday reporting, recurring HR metrics, and compliance-oriented reporting processes, with potential consideration for conversion to a permanent Senior Associate role based on performance and business needs.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Maintain, update, and audit standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards
- Support recurring HR metrics across HRBP Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning teams
- Own reporting requests end-to-end by clarifying requirements, adjusting scope, and delivering accurate outputs
- Perform data quality audits and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
- Support federal, state, and internal HR reporting requirements
- Assist with ad hoc HR and cross-functional reporting requests
- Create and enhance documentation, SOPs, and job aids for repeatable reporting processes
- Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism
Are you an experienced People Data & Reporting professional ready to make an impact?
- 3–5 years of experience in HR data, people analytics, or HR reporting roles
- Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (required)
- Experience maintaining and auditing existing reports, not just building new ones
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, particularly in compliance-oriented reporting
- Ability to communicate clearly with both HR and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with BI or visualization tools such as Qlik or Tableau (maintenance-focused)
- Willingness to pursue Workday certification if not already certified
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (HRIS, Analytics, Statistics, etc.)
