How You Will Make An Impact
- Coach technology teams and business stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Guide teams in adopting and scaling agile methodologies across multiple programs
- Facilitate backlog management, prioritization, estimation, and delivery planning
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and performance insights
- Partner with leadership to enhance agile maturity and organizational effectiveness
- Create and maintain agile artifacts, dashboards, and reporting frameworks (Jira-focused)
- Support cross-team coordination within a scaled agile environment
Are you an experienced Agile transformation leader ready to make an impact?
- 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Agile Coaching
- Proven experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Jira for reporting, tracking, and agile asset creation
- Demonstrated ability to coach both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience driving agile maturity in enterprise environments, ideally within financial services
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
