How You Will Make An Impact

  • Coach technology teams and business stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
  • Guide teams in adopting and scaling agile methodologies across multiple programs
  • Facilitate backlog management, prioritization, estimation, and delivery planning
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and performance insights
  • Partner with leadership to enhance agile maturity and organizational effectiveness
  • Create and maintain agile artifacts, dashboards, and reporting frameworks (Jira-focused)
  • Support cross-team coordination within a scaled agile environment

Are you an experienced Agile transformation leader ready to make an impact?

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Agile Coaching
  • Proven experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Jira for reporting, tracking, and agile asset creation
  • Demonstrated ability to coach both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience driving agile maturity in enterprise environments, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
