This fully remote opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting stakeholders primarily aligned to Eastern Time Zone business hours. The engagement is structured as a 3–6 month assignment with potential extension, providing the opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact on enterprise talent and change initiatives.
You will collaborate with senior leaders in a dynamic, global organization and help shape talent development and organizational strategies that directly influence business outcomes.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead and support enterprise-level change initiatives using structured methodologies to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes.
- Design and implement leadership development and talent frameworks that strengthen bench strength and succession readiness.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess organizational health and implement organization design solutions that improve clarity, agility, and performance.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions and alignment sessions focused on leadership capability, succession planning, and cultural transformation.
- Apply data analytics to assess talent health metrics (bench strength, readiness, engagement, risk exposure) and deliver actionable insights.
- Standardize and improve enterprise talent processes to ensure consistency across regions and business units.
- Drive stakeholder engagement strategies that build trust, reduce resistance, and accelerate change adoption.
Are you a proven Organizational Development and Change leader ready to make an impact?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Enterprise Change initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in structured change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR, Prosci, McKinsey or equivalent frameworks).
- Proven experience leading organization design or operating model alignment initiatives.
- Strong executive facilitation skills with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs at scale.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR and talent analytics to inform business decisions.
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations preferred.
- Strong business acumen, organizational savvy, and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
