This highly visible role sits within the HCP brand organization and will shape how healthcare professionals engage with educational programming, clinical experts, and the brand across peer-to-peer initiatives and major medical congresses.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Own the strategy, development, and execution of peer-to-peer educational programs supporting healthcare professional engagement.
  • Build and manage a national Speaker Bureau, partnering with clinical experts and external agencies to identify, contract, prepare, and support KOL speakers.
  • Lead annual Speaker Bureau training and ensure speakers are prepared to deliver compliant, on-label programming.
  • Identify new formats and channels that improve the effectiveness of peer-to-peer education.
  • Develop the strategic approach for national and regional medical congress participation and oversee execution from planning through onsite delivery.
  • Coordinate congress components including booth experiences, digital and print materials, scientific presentations, content, and HCP engagement activities.
  • Establish meaningful success metrics and evaluate program and congress performance.
  • Serve as the primary brand partner to the Medical Communications agency, setting expectations and driving high-quality, strategically aligned deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure promotional programs are appropriately executed.
  • Manage program investments in partnership with Finance while maintaining strong budget discipline and vendor accountability.

Do You Bring Proven Success in HCP Marketing, Peer-to-Peer Education, and Congress Strategy?

  • Demonstrated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing experience with meaningful responsibility for healthcare professional engagement.
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs and/or national Speaker Bureau programs.
  • Experience partnering with KOLs, clinical experts, Medical Communications teams, and external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional review processes and working effectively with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance partners.
  • Experience developing and executing national or regional medical congress strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple agencies, vendors, workstreams, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the willingness and ability to personally drive execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Sound judgment and a strong commitment to compliant execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a visible, fast-moving commercial environment where priorities require both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
