This opportunity offers the chance to influence the adoption of a growing digital solutions portfolio across a large North American commercial organization. The role provides visibility with regional leaders, product teams, sales offices, and customer-facing teams while supporting professional growth in digital strategy, sales enablement, and commercialization leadership.

The position is based in Davidson, NC or White Bear Lake, MN, with a hybrid schedule of Monday through Thursday onsite and flexible work location on Fridays. A remote option may be considered for candidates who live more than 30 miles from an office location.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead commercialization strategy for digital offerings across the Americas region, helping sales teams position digital solutions as part of every customer project.
  • Partner with sales, product, controls, operations, and regional teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and consistent execution of digital offerings.
  • Coach sales teams on consultative, outcome-based selling approaches that connect customer needs to measurable business value.
  • Build and deliver training programs for sales and operational professionals to strengthen knowledge of digital products, value propositions, and fulfillment processes.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources, standard demonstrations, best practices, and tools that improve how field teams sell and support digital offerings.
  • Support customer events, trade shows, webinars, technical sales calls, proposal reviews, and product feedback loops that shape future roadmap decisions.

Do you bring proven success in digital commercialization, sales enablement, and SaaS adoption?

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, sales, commercial excellence, sales enablement, or digital commercialization leadership.
  • Background in software, SaaS, digital solutions, building automation, HVAC, energy management, or adjacent technology-driven environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of digital offerings and contribute to measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to build plans, influence execution, support customer conversations, and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong digital, IT, and technology awareness with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, operations, technical, and regional leadership teams.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean driving record aligned to company safety requirements.
