The group is advancing strategic initiatives across electronic trading, risk and capital management, regulatory reporting, collateral, clearing, product control, and the introduction of new fixed income derivative products.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead complex, business-focused projects supporting fixed income derivatives and related capital markets products.
  • Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across trading, operations, risk, finance, compliance, legal, and technology.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into actionable project plans, delivery milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support initiatives involving electronic algorithmic trading, multi-dealer platforms, regulatory capital, market risk, counterparty credit risk, and XVA.
  • Oversee projects involving trade capture, derivative lifecycle processing, margin and collateral, clearing, settlements, payments, accounting, and general ledger integration.
  • Manage executive-level status reporting, project risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and remediation plans.
  • Guide testing, business readiness, training, change management, and production rollout activities.
  • Drive front-to-back integration of new products and coordinate technology foundation upgrades.
  • Lead delivery within a scaled Agile environment while maintaining alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Do you bring proven success leading fixed income derivatives transformation programs?

  • 10 or more years of project or program management experience, including significant responsibility for complex financial services initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income derivatives, including interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange products.
  • Experience with related hedging and funding products such as repos, options, futures, and U.S. Treasuries.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering front-to-back capital markets projects involving trading, operations, risk, finance, compliance, or technology.
  • Required experience working within scaled Agile delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, functional requirements, and system dependencies.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, testing, implementation readiness, and change management.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or comparable tools.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or a comparable project management or Agile certification is preferred.
