Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Charlotte, NC, supporting early careers recruiting across aligned business areas. The role offers exposure to senior business leaders, university partnerships, campus recruiting strategy, intern program management, and talent analytics within a complex financial services environment.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead early careers recruiting strategy for assigned business groups, including Analyst and Intern hiring.
  • Develop annual hiring plans, forecasts, school strategies, and attraction plans aligned to workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to business leaders, HR partners, and interview teams.
  • Own relationships with priority schools, universities, career services teams, faculty, student organizations, and affinity groups.
  • Partner with internal school teams and senior School Team Captains to execute campus recruiting strategies.
  • Oversee intern experience, performance tracking, return-offer decisions, and intern-to-analyst conversion outcomes.
  • Use recruiting data, yield metrics, school ROI, conversion trends, and retention insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Are you a proven Early Careers Recruiting professional ready to make an impact?

  • 10+ years of relevant recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in early careers recruiting, campus recruiting, university relations, or graduate/intern hiring programs.
  • Strong experience supporting recruiting in a complex, matrixed, or regulated environment.
  • Ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions with confidence and credibility.
  • Strong understanding of campus recruiting cycles, early talent markets, intern programs, and analyst pipelines.
  • Experience managing multiple hiring programs, school strategies, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to build trust across business leaders, HR partners, school teams, candidates, and external university contacts.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and early careers platforms such as Yello and Handshake preferred.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential recruiting and hiring discussions.
  • Ability to incorporate inclusion principles into recruiting strategy and campus engagement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for campus events, stakeholder meetings, and recruiting activities.
