How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Partner with Commercial & Customer business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Write and analyze SQL queries (including SELECT statements with joins and filters) to validate data, support analysis, and assist with solution design
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
  • Support data validation, testing coordination, and defect resolution
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support auditability and long-term system sustainability

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst ready to make an impact?

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on SQL experience, including writing and deciphering SELECT statements with joins and filters
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
  • Experience supporting Commercial, Customer, or similar business domains preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
