Within Development Operations, the Clinical Business Operations team focuses on improving clinical trial planning, operational reporting, and strategic visibility across the development portfolio. This team enables leadership and study teams to make informed decisions through analytics, planning frameworks, and operational insights that drive trial execution.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Support clinical development programs through planning, reporting, and operational analytics
- Assist with scenario planning, predictive analytics, and critical path analysis for study timelines
- Maintain and enhance clinical dashboards and KPI reporting systems
- Support clinical trial planning and forecasting activities
- Coordinate and support Clinical Project Review meetings
- Track trial progress against key milestones and enrollment forecasts
- Maintain operational visibility across the Development Operations portfolio
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within clinical operations
Are you an experienced clinical operations professional ready to make an impact?
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years clinical trial experience within a pharma sponsor or CRO
- Experience supporting clinical trial planning or operational reporting
- Experience with clinical reporting systems or dashboards
- Strong knowledge of clinical study timelines and operational metrics
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and operational execution
