This is a one-year onsite opportunity (with potential for extension) within a highly respected banking environment located at 277 Park Avenue in New York City. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders within Corporate & Investment Banking and provides meaningful experience in a structured, professional setting. It is ideal for an early-career administrative professional looking to strengthen executive support, coordination, and organizational skills within a premier financial institution.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling complex meetings and coordinating internal and external appointments

• Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials

• Maintain organized filing systems and manage records with accuracy and discretion

• Serve as a professional point of contact by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors

• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and assist with internal event planning

• Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across teams

Are you an experienced administrative support professional ready to make an impact?

• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings in a professional environment

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
