How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead and support municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to the design and engineering of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
• Develop project scopes, technical documentation, and engineering reports
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers, designers, and technical staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold public health and safety standards
• Represent projects in client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Support continuous improvement of engineering standards and operational processes

Are you an experienced water/wastewater engineering professional ready to lead impactful infrastructure projects?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (South Carolina preferred or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering
• Hands-on experience with design and construction of:
• Water distribution systems, pump stations
• Sewer systems, lift stations, and force mains
• Water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools
• Strong understanding of engineering principles applied to infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments and mentor junior staff
