How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead functional design, configuration, and optimization of Coupa Procure-to-Pay and related modules
  • Support implementation efforts including testing, deployment, and user training
  • Provide ongoing system administration, including patching, reporting, and production support
  • Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to define and maintain integrations and data mapping
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance Coupa platform usage
  • Ensure compliance with internal technology standards, security policies, and change management processes
  • Develop and maintain configuration documentation and testing frameworks
  • Support global stakeholders across North America and EMEA

Are you a proven Procure-to-Pay functional expert ready to lead enterprise system initiatives?

  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Procure-to-Pay systems
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa (preferred) or similar platforms (Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Ivalua)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes and integrations
  • Experience with system configuration, implementation, and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Background in finance or accounting environments is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities
