How You Will Make an Impact

• Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions supporting policy administration and customer-facing systems
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate existing systems and drive modernization and optimization initiatives
• Lead and mentor engineers through solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Architect scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using modern frameworks and services
• Oversee integrations and ongoing support for vendor platforms including CRM, CCM, and MFT tools
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across full-stack development efforts
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical designs
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts
• Ensure documentation, governance, and architectural standards are maintained

Are You an Experienced Technical Leader Ready to Make an Impact?

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering
• Proven experience serving as a technical lead or senior engineer owning delivery outcomes
• Strong full-stack development experience with AWS, Node.js, React, JavaScript, and DynamoDB
• Solid understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, and web services
• Experience supporting and integrating enterprise platforms such as CRM, CCM, and managed file transfer solutions
• Background supporting applications within the insurance or financial services domain
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, technology, or a related field
