- Collaborate with key business leaders to shape scalable enterprise solutions that improve order accuracy, customer experience, and partner communications.
- Contribute to high-visibility integration projects involving EDI platforms like SPS Commerce, and optimize rebate and pricing processes.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as the lead functional analyst across quote-to-cash, sales & marketing, rebate management, and pricing modules in D365.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into system configurations and workflows.
- Configure and enhance D365 Sales & Customer Service modules to align with operational goals.
- Support integrations with third-party platforms like SPS Commerce, enabling efficient EDI flows.
- Work with developers to design custom workflows, forms, and automation processes using tools like Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support to ensure user adoption and system reliability.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of system functionality with business needs.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and performance monitoring.
Are You a D365 Sales & Service Rock Star?
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in ERP environments supporting sales and customer service.
- Deep expertise in D365 FSCM modules, including quote-to-cash, sales & marketing, rebate, and pricing management.
- Proven experience in configuring and enhancing EDI integrations, especially SPS Commerce.
- Skilled in process documentation, gap analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Power Automate, and Power BI,
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain-related discipline.
- D365 certification or experience across multi-site implementations is a strong plus.
