How You Will Make an Impact
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical stakeholders
- Configure and customize D365 Sales & Customer Service modules (quote-to-cash, sales & marketing, rebate management, pricing management)
- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation aligned to global ERP standards
- Drive workshops, testing, training, and change management to ensure successful ERP adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and resolve integration challenges
- Support ERP go-live activities and provide post-implementation enhancements
Are You an Experienced D365 Analyst Ready to Make an Impact?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management (required)
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with D365 FSCM
- Proven expertise in Sales & Customer Service modules: quote-to-cash, rebate management, pricing, and sales & marketing
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions
- Hands-on experience with D365 integrations, including SPS EDI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: D365 FSCM certification, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure familiarity, and experience in manufacturing/distribution ERP rollouts
