How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Design and develop engaging compliance training programs aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Create interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Partner with HR and LMS teams to prepare and launch training courses
  • Maintain and organize training content within SharePoint and internal systems
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update training materials accordingly

Are you an experienced training project management professional ready to make an impact?

  • 2–5 years of experience in training operations, project management, or training administration
  • Background in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Experience developing compliance training and eLearning content
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360 preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and troubleshooting training issues
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including analyzing large datasets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
