How You Will Make An Impact:
- Design and develop engaging compliance training programs aligned with regulatory requirements
- Create interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Partner with HR and LMS teams to prepare and launch training courses
- Maintain and organize training content within SharePoint and internal systems
- Monitor regulatory changes and update training materials accordingly
Are you an experienced training project management professional ready to make an impact?
- 2–5 years of experience in training operations, project management, or training administration
- Background in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries preferred
- Experience developing compliance training and eLearning content
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360 preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and troubleshooting training issues
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including analyzing large datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
