How You Will Make an Impact:
- Drive medical education grant strategy, including gap analysis, funding, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage compliant execution of independent medical education (IME) and CME programs.
- Lead grants review processes, contracting, budgets, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Oversee medical education outcomes tracking and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain grants management systems, ensuring compliance with FDA, PhRMA, OIG, ACCME, Sunshine Act, and other regulations.
- Support global consistency in medical education and grants operations.
- Partner with external education providers to ensure timely reporting and reconciliation.
Are You an Experienced Medical Education & Grants Leader Ready to Make an Impact?
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C).
- 7–10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, with at least 5 years in medical education grants management.
- Deep expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing grants management systems, timelines, and budgets.
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
