This role offers the chance to lead U.S. and global medical education grant strategies, ensuring best-in-class compliance and impact. You will work cross-functionally, gain exposure to strategic planning, and contribute directly to shaping the organization’s educational footprint.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Drive medical education grant strategy, including gap analysis, funding, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage compliant execution of independent medical education (IME) and CME programs.
  • Lead grants review processes, contracting, budgets, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Oversee medical education outcomes tracking and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain grants management systems, ensuring compliance with FDA, PhRMA, OIG, ACCME, Sunshine Act, and other regulations.
  • Support global consistency in medical education and grants operations.
  • Partner with external education providers to ensure timely reporting and reconciliation.

Are You an Experienced Medical Education & Grants Leader Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C).
  • 7–10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, with at least 5 years in medical education grants management.
  • Deep expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing grants management systems, timelines, and budgets.
  • Flexible, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
