How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business-focused front office projects within a sell-side derivatives environment.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business and functional requirements into actionable execution plans aligned with front office trading workflows.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Operate within an Agile framework, leveraging JIRA for tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Ensure alignment across trading, IT, operations, and other business units throughout the full SDLC.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, front office environment.
• Oversee QA, UAT, testing coordination, release planning, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth rollout.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements and support front-to-back derivatives trade lifecycle processes.

Are you a proven front office delivery leader with deep derivatives domain expertise?

• 10+ years of experience managing business-side or functional technology projects, preferably within capital markets.
• Direct experience working in a sell-side front office environment.
• Strong understanding of derivatives trading flows and lifecycle (front-to-back processing).
• Experience operating in Agile environments with strong proficiency in JIRA for tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, release, and production support.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements within trading environments.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a trading technology environment is a strong plus.
