How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Collect, organize, and validate data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support business decision-making
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders using Excel and BI tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
  • Support both recurring and ad hoc reporting requests with timely, high-quality outputs
  • Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes
  • Contribute to insider risk initiatives by delivering actionable data insights

Are you a proven data analytics professional with strong business insight?

  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into business insights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance principles
