How You Will Make An Impact
- Architect and configure Workday solutions aligned with global HR, compensation, and talent needs
- Translate business needs into scalable, sustainable technical solutions across modules
- Lead development of custom reports, dashboards, and mass data loads via EIBs
- Oversee implementation and testing of enhancements, ensuring compliance with release cycles
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors on integrations and technical dependencies
- Manage Workday operations including security, updates, and end-user support
- Guide users through UAT and ensure knowledge transfer post-implementation
- Stay ahead of Workday feature updates and recommend system improvements accordingly
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts related to AI, Cloud Security, Identity Management, and Payroll
Are You a Workday Solutions Architect Rock Star?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Workday implementation, support, and configuration
- Proficient in at least 4 functional areas: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Performance, Talent, Security, or Recruitment
- Expertise in Workday integrations, BP configuration, condition/validation rules, and reporting
- Experience with EIBs, security roles, and handling sensitive/PII data
- Proven ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams on system design and enhancements
- Strong consulting, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills
- Preferred: Workday certifications in relevant modules, ADP Workforce Now experience, Agile/ITSM familiarity, or AI use case integration
