  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099).
  • Work model: Hybrid opportunity supporting a New York-based team.
  • Work directly with technology and capital markets stakeholders supporting mission-critical fixed income platforms.
  • Gain exposure to front-to-back trade workflows spanning trading, financing, operations, settlement, accounting, and P&L processes.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Analyze business and technology requirements supporting fixed income trading and post-trade platforms.
  • Support the complete fixed income trade lifecycle from execution through clearing, settlement, accounting, and downstream processing.
  • Partner with business users and technology teams to identify workflow issues, define requirements, and develop practical solutions.
  • Support government and corporate bond settlement processes and associated operational workflows.
  • Analyze repo, tri-party, securities borrowing/lending, and other fixed income financing transactions.
  • Work with fixed income back-office platforms, including Broadridge Impact or comparable systems.
  • Use SQL to investigate data, validate processing results, and support issue analysis.
  • Apply structured IT service management practices when managing production issues, enhancements, and operational requirements.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Fixed Income Business Analysis and Trade Lifecycle Support?

  • 8–13 years of relevant experience within fixed income, capital markets technology, business analysis, or closely related financial services environments.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income products, particularly government and corporate bonds.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Broadridge Impact or another fixed income back-office platform.
  • Thorough understanding of the front-to-back fixed income trade lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of government and corporate bond settlement workflows.
  • Practical understanding of repo transactions and fixed income financing, including tri-party and securities borrowing/lending.
  • Strong understanding of trade processing, clearing, and settlement.
  • Working knowledge of accounting concepts and P&L as they relate to fixed income activity.
  • Hands-on SQL capability for data investigation, reconciliation, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and structured production/support environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
