This opportunity provides the chance to lead a highly visible, enterprise-wide employee experience transformation involving digital workplace technology, employee self-service, internal communications, and organizational adoption. The role will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams while guiding the program through implementation, rollout, and post-launch support.
The position is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream employee experience transformation program.
- Establish and maintain integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, communication plans, and program governance.
- Coordinate activities across IT, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and other enterprise functions.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, stakeholder workshops, program updates, and decision-making sessions.
- Create alignment between technical and business teams while managing competing priorities and organizational dependencies.
- Translate technical information into clear, actionable communications for business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders and change management teams to drive adoption of new employee-facing platforms and processes.
- Identify and resolve risks, roadblocks, resource constraints, and cross-functional delivery challenges.
- Support implementation readiness, go-live planning, enterprise rollout, user adoption, and post-launch hypercare.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and outcome-focused execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
Do you bring proven success in employee experience and digital workplace transformation?
- At least seven years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technical stakeholder groups.
- Experience delivering employee experience, digital workplace, enterprise self-service, employee portal, or workplace integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and enterprise technology implementation environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct reporting authority.
- Experience building program roadmaps, governance models, executive communications, risk plans, and change strategies.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and navigate competing priorities, personalities, and organizational dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and risk-management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, Workvivo, corporate intranet modernization, or employee communications platforms is preferred.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry experience is preferred.
- Experience partnering with Human Resources, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement teams is preferred.
