How You Will Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary business analyst for Infor SyteLine ERP initiatives, guiding requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead integration design and ensure SyteLine interacts seamlessly with other enterprise applications.
- Support ERP upgrades, patch management, and stabilization initiatives.
- Drive end-user adoption by developing training, documentation, and process maps.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Are You a Proven ERP Business Analyst Ready to Make an Impact?

5+ years of business analysis experience with ERP platforms, including at least a year of recent hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial).
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale optimizations.
- Deep knowledge of SyteLine modules supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
- Strong skills in documenting business processes, defining requirements, and delivering functional specifications.
- Experience with ERP integrations and data migration.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred).
