Are You a Value Realization Analyst Rock Star?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or business case evaluation
• Proficient in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into insights
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
• Demonstrated critical thinking and time management skills
• Previous exposure to transformation or IT-related finance work is a plus
