Working in a hybrid model in Charlotte, you will support major transformation initiatives that directly impact trading, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data strategies. This long-term contract involves working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and control functions. You will have the opportunity to deepen your financial data expertise while contributing to high-visibility, business-critical programs.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead business and data analysis across strategic initiatives supporting Capital Markets and securities platforms.
- Translate business objectives into detailed documentation—including requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and process flows.
- Drive project execution across the full lifecycle, from initiation and requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and user validation.
- Facilitate workshops, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional communication to align technology and business teams.
- Support development of data roadmaps, enhancements, and governance activities.
- Execute and oversee UAT test cycles, defect tracking, and production readiness.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements and production support for internal financial applications.
Are You a Proven Capital Markets Business Analyst Ready to Make an Impact?
- 10+ years of Capital Markets experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Expertise in market data, reference data, or large-scale financial datamarts.
- Strong understanding of financial products and asset classes.
- Experience supporting data strategy, data quality, lineage, and architecture initiatives.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, BRD creation, Agile methodologies, and UAT leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
