The team is looking for a senior engineer who can take ownership of a strategic application, help shape the technical direction, and mentor additional developers as the platform evolves.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Develop and enhance a Python-based web application with a strong emphasis on the web UI layer
• Build and maintain Flask-based services and API integrations that support application workflows
• Support JavaScript-based front-end integration and help improve the user experience of the application
• Manage application connectivity with PostgreSQL and related downstream or upstream services
• Deploy, configure, and support the application within Azure App Service environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the UI, API, and hosting layers
• Contribute to technical design decisions, release readiness, and ongoing support practices
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering and business teams to deliver enhancements and maintain stability
• Mentor additional developers and help establish a strong, self-sufficient application team

Are you an experienced web application engineer ready to lead modern Python development?

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on Python development
• Proven production experience with Flask for web applications and APIs; Django or FastAPI may also be considered
• Strong experience with JavaScript and front-end/web UI integration
• Experience designing, building, and supporting REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Service, including deployment, configuration, and application support
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar transactional relational databases
• Ability to own an application through build, enhancement, support, and release cycles
• Experience mentoring other engineers and influencing technical decisions
• Familiarity with cloud functions, production support, and CI/CD practices is strongly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
