Be Part Of A High-Performing Team:
Join a specialized engineering team focused on advanced thermal and cooling solutions for the data center market. This group is working on high-impact initiatives that require deep technical credibility, strong systems thinking, and the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. The environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and built for experienced professionals who understand the pace, complexity, and expectations of mission-critical infrastructure.
What’s In Store For You:
This opportunity offers the chance to work on highly visible data center cooling initiatives while partnering with experienced technical leaders across the business. The role provides exposure to strategic engineering work, customer engagement, and emerging technologies shaping the future of high-density computing environments. Remote flexibility may be considered for the right profile, and the role can be attractive to candidates seeking meaningful technical impact without the same level of travel intensity seen in heavy project-execution roles.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Bring deep subject matter expertise in the data center cooling and thermal-management space
- Evaluate and shape system-level solutions across multiple parts of the data center thermal chain
- Partner with internal teams and customers to guide technical decisions and influence solution direction
- Contribute to screening, assessment, and development of strong system concepts for advanced cooling environments
- Support initiatives requiring broad understanding of controls, facilities, commissioning, and integrated system performance
- Represent technical credibility in conversations with customers, stakeholders, and industry participants
