How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the development and commercialization of advanced thermal management systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data center and semiconductor cooling solutions
• Translate complex engineering concepts into scalable, market-ready systems
• Influence product direction through technical insight and industry engagement
• Develop system-level documentation, control strategies, and commercialization tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams
• Support strategic customer engagements and technical sales initiatives
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, committees, and standards groups

Are You an Experienced Thermal Engineering Leader Ready to Make an Impact?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with strong thermal or fluid systems background
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven expertise in data center or high-tech cooling environments
• Experience with liquid cooling and advanced thermal systems
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and executive audiences
• Ability to influence, mentor, and lead without direct authority
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
