How You Will Make an Impact
- Provide detailed guidance to customers on new system features and migration steps
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email throughout the transition process
- Maintain and update customer-facing documents including FAQs and migration instructions
- Track migration progress, conduct follow-ups, and ensure customers remain on schedule
- Escalate technical issues to internal teams and help drive resolution
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the migration experience
- Document interactions and prepare reports summarizing customer activity and trends

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in customer support, technology support, or operations
- Professional fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain flexible and composed in changing environments
- Experience updating customer documentation and handling inquiries
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in banking or financial services
- Familiarity with ISO or ACH payment processes
- Experience supporting system migrations or onboarding processes
