How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead the custom development of Salesforce features within Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, with a focus on building robust Partner and Client Communities.
• Own the build and enhancement of a custom Partner Portal, playing a critical role in external engagement.
• Tackle major quarterly initiatives, while also providing ongoing production support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements, write test scenarios, validate features, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions by balancing custom development and native Salesforce capabilities.

Are You a Salesforce Developer Rock Star?

• You bring 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• You're confident developing both custom features and leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
• You have excellent communication skills and feel at ease working directly with executives and business users.
• You're experienced in writing test scenarios, validating features, and delivering clean, reliable code.
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus—and a reflection of your ongoing commitment to your craft.
• You thrive in team settings and welcome mentorship, whether giving or receiving it.
