How You Will Make an Impact
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement practices.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts to guide improvement.
- Act as a servant leader, removing obstacles and shielding teams from outside distractions.
- Promote agile principles and values to strengthen collaboration, focus, and delivery.
- Serve as Program Manager when needed, ensuring initiatives align with broader organizational roadmaps.
Do You Bring Proven Success in Agile Coaching and Delivery?
- 5–7 years of professional experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams as a servant leader.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, agile metrics, and delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification.
