How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead the technical execution and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Develop complete architectural designs, including systems, components, and detailed documentation
  • Prepare project manuals, specifications, scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate project details and ensure alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Present design elements and contribute to project meetings and decision-making processes
  • Manage multiple projects or project phases while maintaining deadlines and quality standards

Are you an experienced architect ready to make an impact on complex, multi-sector projects?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant architectural experience
  • Registered Architect or completion of NCARB program
  • Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and related design tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality documentation
  • Experience across full project lifecycle including design, documentation, and construction phases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with civic, academic, or healthcare projects is highly preferred
