How You Will Make An Impact:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 Finance modules, driving system configuration and optimization
• Partner closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Lead or support finance-focused ERP implementations, including design, testing, and deployment
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities
• Support business process improvements across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for finance-related system functionality

Are you an experienced D365 Finance functional expert ready to make an impact?

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or equivalent ERP systems
• Strong background in finance and accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting)
• Proven experience in ERP implementations, particularly in finance modules
• Ability to translate accounting/business requirements into system configurations
• Experience working directly with finance stakeholders and leadership
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with fit-gap analysis, testing (UAT), and deployment support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Power Platform, integrations, or reporting tools
• Familiarity with X++, LCS, or PPAC (nice-to-have, not required)
• Background in process improvement or finance transformation initiatives
