The Application Services team plays a critical role in supporting and evolving the Policy Administration ecosystem, partnering with product, IT, and business stakeholders to enable new product launches, system enhancements, and production stability.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Policy Administration System (FAST), supporting annuity and life insurance products
• Analyze system functionality, data flows, and integrations to recommend enhancements and modernization strategies
• Translate business and product requirements into detailed system requirements and technical tickets
• Partner with internal development teams and external application vendors to design and implement system changes
• Support annuity product configuration, updates, and launches across the full SDLC
• Analyze data feeds and system behavior to identify root causes of defects and production issues
• Act as the primary escalation point for production issues impacting policy administration systems
• Perform defect analysis and propose long-term system improvements
• Create and maintain high-quality system documentation, process flows, and SOPs
• Support functional testing and assist business users with system questions and new functionality
• Develop training materials and support end users during system changes and releases

Are You an Experienced Policy Administration Systems Analyst Ready to Make an Impact?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, business systems analysis, or application support within IT
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with an insurance Policy Administration platform
• Strong understanding of insurance products and policy lifecycle processes (annuities strongly preferred)
• Experience translating business requirements into system and technical solutions
• Solid understanding of application components, databases, data feeds, and web services
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of ownership and follow-through
• Experience working closely with developers, testers, product owners, and vendors
