This role supports a collaborative, Agile IT organization partnering closely with Center of Support, Marketing, and Equipment Services business teams. The environment values business partnership, curiosity around data, and analysts who can wear multiple hats. The team supports customer-facing and internal applications and works closely with developers, QA, and product stakeholders to deliver enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve business processes.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where analysts are expected to engage deeply with both business users and technical teams, understand where data comes from, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and data needs across multiple business units
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for development and QA teams
- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data (filters, joins, basic analysis)
- Perform data mapping, source-to-target documentation, and business logic capture for downstream processes and ETL
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and story refinement
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist developers with unit testing validation
- Provide Level 2 application support, performing root-cause analysis and collaborating with IT and business partners to resolve issues
- Help business partners understand where data originates and how it flows through systems (data lineage awareness)
Do you have the expertise to lead in data-driven business analysis?
- 5–7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role supporting application delivery
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Strong SQL skills — must be able to write and interpret SELECT statements, including joins and filters
- Experience analyzing data sources and validating business logic (not a reporting or BI role)
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, data profiling, and understanding ETL concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or related field preferred)
