How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead site civil engineering design efforts across multiple project types from concept through completion
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and infrastructure design
• Develop stormwater management reports, perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and prepare SWPPP documentation
• Manage project workflows to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
• Support permitting processes, including approvals, documentation, and project closeout activities
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while strengthening team capabilities
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Are you an experienced site civil engineering professional ready to lead complex projects and drive impactful results?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of site civil engineering experience across diverse project types
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater design tools
• Proven experience with stormwater systems, drainage design, and hydraulic analysis
• Ability to independently make sound engineering and design decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with local, state, and regulatory permitting processes
