How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead site civil engineering design efforts across multiple project types from concept through completion
- Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and infrastructure design
- Develop stormwater management reports, perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and prepare SWPPP documentation
- Manage project workflows to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
- Support permitting processes, including approvals, documentation, and project closeout activities
- Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while strengthening team capabilities
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
Are you an experienced site civil engineering professional ready to lead complex projects and drive impactful results?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of site civil engineering experience across diverse project types
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater design tools
- Proven experience with stormwater systems, drainage design, and hydraulic analysis
- Ability to independently make sound engineering and design decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with local, state, and regulatory permitting processes
