Be Part Of A High-Performing Team

Join the client services organization of a global financial institution supporting retail and commercial banking customers. This branch-based team is responsible for accurate account servicing, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and delivering a strong customer experience. The environment calls for someone who can independently handle complex new-account scenarios while also supporting day-to-day branch operations and fellow service representatives.

This opportunity is particularly suited for an experienced banking professional who understands the documentation and judgment required when opening and maintaining fiduciary accounts, including estates and trusts, and who is equally comfortable assisting customers, processing teller transactions, and supporting operational controls.

What's In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
  • Long-term contract opportunity supporting an established banking branch and client services organization
  • Exposure to both consumer and business banking relationships, including more complex fiduciary account structures
  • Opportunity to serve as a knowledgeable resource for other branch service staff

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, trusts, estates, and other fiduciary relationships.
  • Review legal and supporting documentation to determine whether account-opening and maintenance requirements have been satisfied.
  • Interview customers, verify identification and account information, complete required documentation, and process initial deposits.
  • Handle account maintenance changes and supersedes while maintaining accurate records within the bank's account systems.
  • Process daily teller transactions, including over-the-counter, night drop, courier, and mail transactions.
  • Research and resolve customer account questions, discrepancies, and more complex service issues within established authority.
  • Support branch controls, operational certifications, reporting, audit activities, and dual-control procedures.
  • Identify relevant banking products and services based on customer needs and make appropriate referrals.
  • Provide guidance to branch service staff and escalate training, operational, or service concerns when appropriate.
  • Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, security standards, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Do you bring proven success in fiduciary new accounts and branch banking operations?

  • Bring 3+ years of new accounts experience, ideally within a bank, credit union, or similar financial institution.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience opening and maintaining fiduciary accounts, particularly estates and trusts.
  • Understand the legal documentation required for fiduciary relationships and how documentation requirements affect account setup and maintenance.
  • Have experience supporting both consumer and business deposit accounts.
  • Bring working knowledge of branch operations, teller transactions, customer servicing, and banking controls.
  • Experience using Horizon Classic and Horizon XE for account opening and maintenance is strongly preferred.
  • Understand relevant banking regulations, operational policies, customer identification procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Be comfortable handling cash, balancing transactions, calculating account-related amounts, and identifying routine discrepancies.
  • Possess strong customer-facing communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
