How You Will Make An Impact

• Design and implement AI infrastructure including models, pipelines, and integrations
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and RAG-based solutions
• Integrate AI into digital products across internal and external platforms
• Create scalable APIs and workflows that connect AI capabilities to real user experiences
• Standardize and optimize AI usage across business teams
• Coach and enable internal users to adopt and extend AI tools effectively
• Partner across engineering, data, product, and leadership teams
• Establish best practices for responsible AI and governance

Are you an experienced full-stack AI engineer ready to build and scale real-world AI solutions?

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack foundation
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one production AI/LLM solution
• Experience with Generative AI technologies (GPT, Claude, Llama)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex
• Experience building APIs and integrating AI into real-world applications
• Strong understanding of backend services, cloud infrastructure, and frontend integration
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience mentoring or guiding teams on AI adoption is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-moving environments
