How You Will Make An Impact

• Design and develop manual and automated test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements
• Lead the implementation of testing tools and CI/CD pipelines across projects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, story grooming, and sprint planning to infuse quality from the start
• Collaborate in peer reviews of test code to ensure consistency and quality
• Propose and implement innovative testing solutions and automation strategies
• Maintain documentation and standards for QA best practices, tools, and processes
• Train and guide team members on Quality Assurance practices and tools

Are You an IT Solutions Engineer II – QA Rock Star?

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software QA, including test case creation and automation
• Skilled in test management tools such as Octane, Quality Center, or Azure DevOps
• Proven expertise with UI test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, UFT, or MS Test Studio
• Solid experience with API testing using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI
• Experience in ETL and Source-to-Target data validation testing
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter) is a plus
• Background in Agile software development environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test execution
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
