How You Will Make An Impact:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
- Support system testing, user training, and implementation of new solutions or enhancements
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making and regulatory needs
Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to drive regulatory technology initiatives?
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within financial services or regulatory environments
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and/or Tableau
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting or banking systems is highly preferred
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
